Membership

 

Anyone can become a voting member of the Kitsap County Democrats by either paying our annual dues of $25* or being elected or appointed to serve as one of our Precinct Committee Officers.

All Precinct Committee Officers (PCO’s), voting members of the Executive Board, and Democrats who pay dues to the Central Committee are voting members of the Central Committee with the following exceptions as per Washington State law:

    • Only elected PCO’s may vote at the organizational meeting.
    • Only resident PCO’s may vote to recommend appointments to fill vacancies for public office.
