Endorsement Eligibility:

Candidates in a partisan race must declare as a Democrat or hold known affiliation with the Democratic Party and Democratic ideals.

How to Apply:

Campaigns must complete and submit their questionnaire plus Accessibility Pledge by the posted deadline below for our June 2025 meeting held on Monday June 16th, 7 PM. Please send your filled questionnaire as a PDF labeled as “[Candidate’s Name] for [Position]” (example: John Doe for Mayor of Bremerton) to candidates@kitsapdemocrats.org. If you have any questions, please email us at candidates@kitsapdemocrats.org.

Decisions on endorsements will be made at our annual endorsement meetings, where all candidates being considered for endorsement are welcome to speak to our membership for up to 2 minutes.

Deadline to submit questionnaire for June 2025 Meeting:
Sunday May 25th, 2025 11:59pm.

June Kitsap Democrats Executive Board Meeting:
Monday June 2, 2025.

June Endorsement Meeting: Monday June 16th, 2025 at 7 pm.
